La Pergola – an a la carte international cuisine restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Las Palomas – a most exquisite a la carte Mexican restaurant offering dinner only. Proof of Citizenship: You will be required to present a valid passport at time of airport check-in.

It is strongly recommended that you book early as participation is limited. A deposit of $300.00 per person is due at time of booking. Final payment is due to Suzi Davis Travel on or before Friday, April 11, 2008.

Cancellations: A cancellation fee of $100.00 per person will be assessed for reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to departure. A cancellation fee of $200.00 per person will be assessed for cancellations received 59-45 days prior to departure. A $700.00 per person cancellation penalty will be assessed for cancellations received 44-31 days prior to departure. Any cancellation received 30 days or less prior to departure will result in complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

Trip Cancellation Insurance:
Suzi Davis Travel highly recommends travel insurance which provides reimbursement coverage for trip cancellation for covered medical reasons, and other benefits including Bankruptcy/Default, Trip Delay, Missed Cruise Departure, Accident Medical Expense, Sickness Medical Expense, Common Carrier AD&D, 24-hour AD&D, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Medical Evacuation, and emergency, toll-free, travel assistance. This trip cancellation insurance is available at a rate of $89.00 per person and may be purchased at time of deposit or final payment.  Please note, if insurance is purchased at time of final payment, pre-existing conditions are not covered.

Responsibility: Suzi Davis Travel, Ltd. is responsible to the participants for arranging all of the services and accommodations offered. In the absence of negligence, Suzi Davis Travel, Ltd. is not responsible for personal injury of property damage or death of a person resulting directly or indirectly from any major force or act of God arising out of the act of negligence of any direct air carrier, tour operator, or other person rendering any of the services being offered in connection with this tour.
