Davis Travel assisting the couple with setting up a Honeymoon Registry
Account.
Suzi Davis Travel's E-Business Manager will add a
registry listing on for you on this
website. Your page will accessible usually within 1-3 business days of
registering. Your agent will send you an email when your page is ready
to view and use. To locate your page, simply go to
www.suzidavis.com/couplesregistered.htm.
Friends & family can call in, come into our Bloomington,
Peoria, or Champaign offices, or go online to purchase gift
cards. They will receive a gift card that they can present
to you or have it mailed directly to you. The gift cards you
have received can be brought in and applied directly towards
to the trip. |
| How much does honeymoon registration
cost at Suzi Davis Travel? |
| That is easy, it is FREE. Absolutely no set-up fees.
Most honeymoon registries on the Internet are charging anywhere from
$150-$500 for registration fees. Furthermore,
other travel registries on-line will charge a small service fee (12%)
which is paid by the couples' family & friends; this fee is added on
to the gift prices to pay for the certificates. At Suzi Davis Travel,
we do not charge any service fees for registry purchases. |
| Can we still register for our honeymoon
if it is already booked? Do we have to make our travel arrangements
through Suzi Davis Travel? |
| Yes, if you have already booked your honeymoon with Suzi Davis Travel we can still create a honeymoon registry, as long
as there is at least one 1 month before your departure date. Our honeymoon
registry service is only offered to clients that book their travel through
Suzi Davis Travel. |
| What kind of packages and\or destinations
do you offer? |
| Suzi Davis Travel can plan honeymoons
to almost any location and customize travel details to the
customer's preferences. Our travel consultants can obtain
great deals for you on honeymoons to exciting destinations
such as Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, the Bahamas, Las
Vegas, Disney and more! Pick your honeymoon destination and
let our travel consultants arrange airfare, hotel, car
rental and, depending on your destination, even activities. |
| What if friends &
family don't purchase enough gifts to pay for the entire
honeymoon? |
| Suzi Davis Travel encourages couples
not to plan honeymoons too much in excess of what they would
be willing to spend themselves. In fact, most payments for
your travel arrangements will be due before we close your
account and before you receive the money that friends &
family have paid. There is really no way to know ahead of
time how much money will come in for your honeymoon. Suzi Davis Travel is not responsible for how much money
you earn from the registry. |
| What if something happens so that we are not able to take our trip? |
| Most honeymoon packages our travel
consultants put together will have an option to purchase
travel insurance. The details of insurance policies vary
according to the travel company that it is sold through.
Most provide a full refund or postponement of your trip in
the case of emergency situations such as a death in the
family or serious illnesses. However, such a situation would
not change the registry process. The donations purchased are
non-refundable for any reason. |
| How would you suggest that we promote our registry? |
| Let your close friends and family know that you are
registered with Suzi Davis Travel and that this honeymoon is the gift that
you really want. Talk it up to them and let them talk it up to the other
guests. Distribute announcement cards to your friends and family. Most likely
friends or family will be throwing you wedding showers. Have them throw a
honeymoon theme shower. This can be a couple's shower and has been a big
success in the past. Include announcement cards in all shower, party and
wedding invitations. |
